-In XXXX an Outpatient procedure was performed. This procedure resulted in having to be resuscitated, 5 days XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX -in XXXX received a Civil Order at my mother 's home ( XXXX miles from procedure ) for $ XXXXThis Civil judgement was paid to my mother 's county for this XXXX XXXX. XXXX days after this payment was made & I returned to work an Income execution was sent to my employer, from the original county of procedure for {$1600.00}. ( for XXXX XXXX ) -In 15` my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Acct XXXX was seized for {$3500.00}. ( for XXXX XXXX ) At this time I contacted my XXXX dept. and was informed this Attorney office was in violation of procedure due to the Retirement Acct. monies were exempt from XXXX to satisfy judgement. No response was given from firm. XXXX sent this firm the monies they requested and released the remaining funds to me. XXXX XXXX of XXXX my mother passed away. XXXX my mother received an Informational Subpoena regarding information regarding me ( The Debtor ) for {$2200.00} for XXXX XXXX. -It took me almost 2 weeks to get a hold of this Attorney, who stated that this amount is still owed due to taxes, fees and interest from XXXX, that remain unpaid for XXXX XXXX. - Attorney asked why my mother had not returned the forms. I informed the attorney that my mother was deceased. He stated, " sorry for your loss, though I do have XXXX XXXX. to come after you for this debt, XXXX more years to go, chuckles '' hangs up.
