Late Payment for XXXX XXXX XXXX Account number XXXX was as an direct result of XXXX. I asked for the company to remove the late payments and to mark the accounts as Paid As Agreed. It is not fair that I or anyone would have to wait over 7 years to have late payment removed especially when the late payments was as a result of an disaster. My financial obligations to this account is up to date and should reflect that all payments was received. However, that is not the case and I am respectfully requesting that the accounts be marked as Paid As Agreed.
