I placed an order for a XXXXXXXX XXXX through the CapitalOne Shopping app on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX for {$1700.00} ( before tax ). The CapitalOne Shopping app was advertising 30 % rewards/cash back for XXXX purchases, which would give me {$510.00} cash back. I have screenshots from my XXXX showing I purchased the mattress through the app. The screenshots also reflect the 30 % cash back offer and that the offer was activated. On XX/XX/XXXX it will be 120 days since I made the purchase. I have emailed XXXX XXXX times over the past 4 months with the proof of order and multiple screenshots taken during the shopping and checkout process. Attachments reflect that I made the purchase at XXXX. The order confirmation I received from XXXX also confirms purchase time at XXXX. The first and only response I received was on XX/XX/XXXX. It confirms they know I made a purchase through the app. I have pasted their first and only response here. They refuse to respond to my emails since then : XXXX ( Capital One Shopping ) XX/XX/2023, XXXX XXXX Thanks for contacting Capital One Shopping! I've looked into your request, and it looks like it's been less than 30 days since your purchase was completed. At this time, your rewards are being confirmed and processed with the retailer. Unfortunately, the most I can do is ask that you wait until it's been at least 30-60 days, and then check again to see if your rewards are available. The retailers we work with need time to account for adjustments, returns, cancellations, and exclusions, so once that process is complete, your rewards will post to your account.
