Misuse of Product - LexisNexis IAPD Case : XXXX, Incident : XXXX, Requested an audit of any and all search ( es ) made of my personal information, my minor childrens personal information, as well as associates, friends and family members, made by user employed at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX Nevada. User/employee illegally used LexisNexis to monitor background, credit, and worth ; has searched information of usefulness in credit, income, assets, and capital, as well as debt information about myself, my XXXX children, and other associates for reasons other than work related. Illegal searches were made approximately XXXX through the present. XX/XX/XXXX, I called LexisNexis; started an investigation and the rep told me I would receive the results by mail within 60 days. I have received nothing from LexisNexis and my attorney 's subpoena goes ignored or redirected.
