This is in regard to dispute for fraudulent use of my debit card filed with HSBC on the amount of {$23000.00}. The transaction originated from merchant named XXXX XXXX. HSBC has failed to take any action on the dispute and has not followed the due process of investigation. Upon contacting the merchant, they are unable to locate any account with my credentials and have asked me to file dispute with my bank. However, HSBC is unwilling to follow the due process and refund my lost monies.
