I have purchased a bath tub for XXXX dollars from XXXX using my capital one credit card on XX/XX/2023 and when I received the item it was too big for the space provided so I requested to return it back to XXXX and XXXX approved the return request and the XXXX truck driver came and picked it up on XX/XX/2023 at XXXX XXXX. So XXXX has the item back in their warehouse. Case number with capital one credit card is XXXX The return authorization number from XXXX is XXXX and the tracking number Id XXXX. Capital one Visa card is denying my dispute claim and reapplying the charge back to my account even though I have returned the bath tub back to XXXX on XX/XX/2023. I am attaching photos of the return label and authorization from XXXX. I want capital one credit card to approve my dispute charge claim and credit my account for the disputed charge of XXXX dollars since I dont have the item anymore and XXXX has the item back in their warehouse
