Consumer Narrative
I am in receipt of the letter dated XX/XX/2023 in response to my reinvestigation of the dispute ( s ) below. I am in disagreement with your decision. I requested you provide me the information you used to verify and validate these accounts. How can you decide if these accounts are accurate without an original contract with my signature? This account can not be validated in accordance with the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act. If this account is from the same creditor how are you able to verify and validate information that the other bureaus could not? By Federal law these accounts should be reporting consistent across all three bureaus, which it is NOT. Proof you have NOT done a proper investigation, FAILED to protect my consumer rights. You refused to correct this information which is a direct violation of FCRA 15 U.S.C 1681.You have violated my consumer rights. According to Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), everything on my consumer report/ credit profile must be accurate, and verifiable. If after reinvestigation the item information is found inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified the consumer reporting agency must DELETE the item.
