My loan servicer is EdFinancial Services. I have created an account on their website. When I log in, the EdFinancial website tells me that " We currently have no loans in our records for you. If you feel this is in error, please call us so we can assist you. '' I know that this is not true. I have tried calling, leaving messages and emailing EdFinancial Services.
