On XX/XX/XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX, I sent certified mail to TransUnion, along with 3 forms of id. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX ) This is a formal complaint of your non-compliance with FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) and FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 6 ) ( A ). Under the provisions of FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 1 ), you are required to have conducted a reinvestigation of my dispute filed ( ) and to have concluded that reinvestigation within 30 days of your date of receipt of my dispute. Under the provisions of FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 6 ) ( A ), you are required to have provided me written notice of the results of your reinvestigation within 5 business days of the completion of your reinvestigation. To date, I have received no notice of results of your reinvestigation. Since the statuory periods have expired, I consider you to be in violation of the cited sections of the FCRA. Based on your failure to verify the disputed information, you are required under section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) to immediately delete the disputed information from my credit file. Thus, my complaint will be satisfied by timely deletion of the disputed information. I am contemplating filing a formal complaint with the FTC for your violation of your reinvestigation requirements. I would prefer to forgo such a complaint provided that I receive an immediate notice of the results of your reinvestigation or deletion of the disputed information from my credit file. Based on your failure to timely complete your reinvestigation and provide notice to me, I additionally request, under the provisions of FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 6 ) ( B ) ( III ) and FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ), that your notification of results of your reinvestigation also include a description of the procedures you used to determine the results of your reinvestigation.
