From XX/XX/2021 until the present Selene Finance has incorrectly calculated my mortgage payments and reported my account to the credit bureau as delinquent. In addition to the many unethical practices of charging me several late fees although I didn't owe any. This company has several pay web sites that don't allow you to pay anything other than what they have your payment listed as, they have had three different web payment websites since 2021. The most current website won't allow you to pay your mortgage until you read and acknowledge some agreement they have attached I'm sure to cover themselves against consumers.
