I have a Land Contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX Reported : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX as current with a XXXX Balance. On or before XX/XX/2023, XXXX XXXX XXXX attempted to contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to purchase my contract for which I received a voicemail verifying that they were in the process of purchasing my contract and that Covey Financial would be collecting the payment. I am still currently paying my contract at XXXX XXXX XXXX and have been advised by XXXX XXXX XXXX that an agreement had not been signed by XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX I advised XXXX XXXX that Covey Financial had contacted me and continued to try to collect on the contract that was still owned by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX They advised me that they would correct the issue since Covey Financial was reporting to the credit bureaus of the failed payments for which they legally can not collect or report. I have disputed the Covey Financial reporting with XXXX and notified Covey Financial that they legally can not collect on the debt. Covey Financial refers me to XXXX XXXX XXXX. for which they have a contract, who assured me on multiple occasions that they would correct the problem. XXXX has researched my dispute and reports that Covey verified that the account belongs to me and currently is reported as delinquent even though I pay XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
