I sent the attached letter to Lendumo on XX/XX/XXXX, & have not received any responses yet. I followed up with them again after XX/XX/XXXX, & still no response. ALSO I have received two letters from the CFPB stating that someone OTHER THAN ME appears to have submitted complaints in my name. NO ONE ELSE DID THIS! It was me, so please STOP deleting my cases! They are 100 % submitted by me, & only me. So Please stop assuming it was someone else, & Please address my complaints.
