XX/XX/2023 For the following reasons, my rights have also been violated : 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A, states I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 a, section 2, states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. 15 U.S.C 1681 c ( a ) ( 5 ) states ; no consumer reporting agency may make any consumer report containing any of the following items of information. I did not give any agency permission to share my personal information with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Attached please find copies of my credit report with documentations from all three credit bureaus that have notations that are not consistent. I have the right to have my files to all reports to not to have notations that are different. Due to this, I am requesting that this file, XXXX XXXX, Acct : XXXX be removed from all three credit reporting agencies. Per my report with XXXX, this account is closed. Per Experian the payment amount is listed as {$0.00}. XXXX is reporting it as a balance of {$0.00}. This is in violation of my rights as a consumer to have these inconsistencies on my Credit Report. Also, if the balance is {$0.00}, then this account should have never been sold to XXXX XXXX. I have circled all other inconsistent notations I see on all three reporting agencies documentation for this account. I am requesting that this account be removed from my credit report. This includes files for XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX
