LVNV FUNDING LLCXXXX Transunion has not done a proper investigation according to the standards of the FCRA XXXX I have been disputing this account and Transunion keeps saying they updated the information but the account still remains inaccurate and incomplete. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act Everything has to be 100 % Accurate on my consumer report. Transunion says they have updated the account however there are still inaccurate information reporting. However, XXXX and XXXX already removed this account from my consumer profile due to inaccuracy reporting. How is it possible the account is accurate and there was a proper investigation if the reported information does not meet XXXX XXXX Compliance standards. Transunion is in violation of USC 1681i ( 5 ) Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information ( A ) In general If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall ( i ) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation ; Transunion is in violation of XXXX 1681 s-2 ( B ) Reporting information after notice and confirmation of errors A person shall not furnish information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that specific information is inaccurate ; and ( ii ) the information is, in fact, inaccurate. XXXX Certified Mail XXXX # : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This is ground for removal from my consumer report. This account needs to be removed from Transunion consumer report due to inaccuracy and incomplete information. LVNV account has already been removed from XXXX and XXXX. This account does not comply with XXXX XXXX compliance and legally can not be reported.
