On or around XX/XX/XXXX I tried to open an account being promised XXXX dollars with two direct deposits in 70 days. The application was rejected because info didnt match records and was told to contact Capital One. I did on XX/XX/XXXX, was told to apply through the app using code a code. No code input was offered. I called back and wanted the account cancelled because they didnt give me the XXXX offer which the agent did. But then called back a third time and was referred to a supervisor who told me the second first and second agent erred as there was a workaround that the first and second agent should have offered and I was now ineligible for the account
