Have contacted all XXXX credit reporting agencies via online dispute system, numerous letters, and phone calls to remove XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from all XXXX reports. All XXXX agencies are reporting different information regarding the account. Payment arrangement was set up with XXXX in XXXX and within two weeks of payment arrangement, account was transferred to Collection agency XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) which agreed to remove negative XXXX XXXX XXXX from all XXXX reports, once balanced is paid in full. I was advised they would report to XXXX to remove the negative item in full from my reports because they would have settled the account. Once the payment was received, within 30 days XXXX XXXX XXXX would no longer be on any of my credit reports. Payment of {$2300.00} was paid via debit card on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and the negative reporting is still showing on all XXXX reports from XXXX with a balance of {$15000.00} since XXXX. This information is inaccurate, outdated, and deems are unfair reporting practices. I have disputed this line item several times with the credit bureaus and each time it comes back with item remains with explanation. This adverse reporting is affecting my overall score.
