this is against loan depot for reporting 30 day late payment on my mortgage. i called to setup an automatic payment and bi weekly setup. they did not set it up and told me i should be setting it up myself. They went ahead and reported me. I want justice against loan depot for ruining my credit report unjustly and unfairly.
