repeatedly disputed a collection account from an off campus student housing company, included all documentation for over a 18 months, As it was an apartment complex for students only, based on financial aid awards my dependent child was no longer a student, therefore ineligible for housing. The lease was not broken, there is no unlawful detainer or warrant in debt judgment as required by the State Law. The company changes the dates every dispute.
