This complaint is a rebuttal of my first complaint. XXXX I would like to obtain additional information regarding the escrow funds the bank is holding. I have repeatedly asked the bank multiple times for a complete accounting, statements, etc. regarding the funds being held in escrow and whether the funds are earning interest? If the funds are not earning interest, where and whom is holding the funds and if not interest is being earned, why not? To date, Fifth Third Bank refuses to disclose this information with my requests. XXXX is the contact at the bank XXXX See the letter from Fifth Third Bank on my initial complaint. The letter does not address my request for escrow funds accounting, statements, and interest earned. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance in helping me. XXXX XXXX XXXX
