The company LVNV Funding LLC XXXX XXXX MI, served me with court papers on XX/XX/2023, in attempt to collect the debt of approximately {$14000.00} and or garnish my wages. I filled an answer in the Magistrate Court of XXXX XXXX State of Georgia contesting the debt. Trail is set for XXXX XXXX. I never had a delinquent or charged off credit card account from XXXX. I currently have an active credit card account with XXXX that is in good standings. I have never had a late payment or overcharge the account.
