My loan was transferred on XX/XX/, but before i was notified I made one last payment to my previous mortgage servicer, my mortgage was never applied to the new loan company, I was getting billed for the month I just payed. I contacted both companys, have spent over two months trying to get this payment applied, the previous company cardinal financial was extremely helpful, provided me with proof that my payment was transferred with the loan. Showed my in my online account the payment went into a suspense account and told me to send this info to the new company which I did. XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX has refused to show me or cardinal financial proof they do not have my payment. They have said the proof we sent over of it being in a suspense account is not enough all while refusing to show us they did not receive my payment. They are requesting bank statements and making me jump through hoops instead of helping resolve this issue.
