I moved out of an apartment owned by XXXX XXXX XXXX. They tried to charge me for an old carpet that was old when I moved in. They sent me an invoice saying I needed to pay XXXX for a carpet that was old. I denied the charge.. hunter warfield then sent me s debt collection notice via email. I sent them certified mail asking for validation of the debt and they then sent me the same invoice that XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX sent me via email after I asked them to only communicate through the mail. In Wisconsin carpets are part of normal wear and tear and require proof of being new to charge tenants. This company knows this is false because if it was real they would have gotten a court settlement. No court action has ever been taken. This is a false debt that was sent to collections with no proof other than a made up invoice by XXXX XXXX XXXXs and hunter Warfield has now reported this debt to the major credit bureaus. They have violated my consumer rights.
