I have requested Experian to update my Credit Report to reflect the payoff of my student loans. I have been requesting this from Experian since late XXXX, XXXX and my previous student loan provider, XXXX, has assured me they have provided my payoff information, and subsequent {$0.00} account balance to Experian on XXXX separate occasions - during the course of regular reporting on XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX, as well as XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX, as a result of Experian investigating my dispute submission. XX/XX/XXXX was the original submission, and XX/XX/XXXX is the date I added an additional supporting document. I have tried to resolve this with Experian, and requested to speak with supervisors, but each time I requested a supervisor, I was placed on a lengthy hold, and hung up on without ever speaking to anyone - when it happens XXXX times in succession, it seems like it's more of a business practice than an anomaly. I have been working exceedingly hard to fix my credit, and have done all that is required. I'm just asking now that my score be accurately reflected, and reported. Experian continues to report an inaccurate balance, and account status for my XXXX account, and I want it to stop.
