Two different collectors are charging me on behalf of an apartment complex for rent. They are also charging the wrong person. I never owned a apartment on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Tx XXXX. The person who actually had a lease agreement at the apartment ( the collectors are trying to charge me DOUBLE for ) is named XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX date of birth is XXXX XXXX XXXX and his S.Security # XXXX. These charges belong to XXXX XXXX it was his lease and the apartment XXXX said she had to have my name since I was his girlfriend just so when staff saw me they would know I had a right to be there as a visitor but that was a lie because now Im stuck with two bills. Now I will list the two credit collectors : 1 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( side note : here they are lying about the Date open again when its XXXX ) * This is fraud. These companies are trying to get over on me and was very nasty when I called them about this and the they both updated the the open dates after I phoned them. They told me I had to pay this when I never got this apartment in my name! AND both of them are charging me for the same apartment and different prices! Help please. This should not be in my credit report. I also want to add that XXXX XXXX had stayed full term at that apartment but on the last month he was supposed to pay rent, he did not pay. Instead he moved out with it BUT that was only {$1000.00} he didnt pay so where are they getting over {$3000.00} from? Nothing about this is right. I even called the apartment complex ( XXXX XXXX ) and they have know idea what these collections are about and they couldnt find me in their system either!
