Experian refuses to remove negative information even after I submitted Identity Theft Report by FTC and a local police filed with the XXXX XXXX XXXX. They say the information was verified on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX which is impossible because I didn't send the theft reports until XX/XX/XXXX. They are saying the information was verified by Address Identification number XXXX but that address Identification number isn't on my credit report. They sent me a generic mailing stating that they couldn't block the information because they need a valid identity theft report which was mailed on XX/XX/XXXX and received on XX/XX/XXXX.
