XXXX XXXX XXXX has repeatedly and recklessly reported and continue to report inaccurate and incomplete data to Equifax to be entered on my personal private consumer report. The inaccuracies and incomplete data is as follows. Reporting that I have made 23 percent of my payments on time, this is not reflected on my report. Incomplete and missing and or on time payments for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. Also, as of XX/XX/XXXXXXXX has changed my days late from 150 to 120 in order to dictate the automated system to generate another 150 day late report. Also, between XXXX XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has increased my balance on a closed and charged off account by XXXX, see attached documents.
