On XXXX XXXX I purchased furniture for XXXX. It was purchased at XXXX XXXX in XXXX Nc. I put down XXXX and XXXX was financed through American first finance who are saying that I still owe over XXXX after paying XXXX every XXXX weeks since XX/XX/XXXX. Ive made over XXXX dollars worth of payments and I put down the deposit. This is predatory lending and they say they dont charge interest. I did not sign the contract my daughter did because the sales person at the store was having problems with their system and the company emailed it to my daughter. These are not the terms outlined to me and I was told by American freight that I would pay the furniture off in a year. They can not give me any clear explanations as to what the secret charges are and Im very stressed and o. The verge of being homeless because they automatically take these payments and the cost of living is so bad
