I asked why they were charging me for the transactions and requested a refund. The company known as Fiserv uses XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX They charged me maintenance fees but also charged me PCI compliance fees just for using their platform. At minimum, the PCI compliance should be on the merchant, but somehow it was on me to pay these fees and ensure compliance. The original company, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Clover Connect XXXX XXXX as a merchant to process transactions. They charged me since XX/XX/ just by having an open account. XXXX also did not assign an account manager or help with sales as they promised at the beginning of the contract. Perhaps, sales would have offset the fees from XXXX. is not like XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, or many others that do not charge a fee UNLESS a transaction is executed. All in all, they charged over {$600.00} fees without any transactions or sales on my account. Some of these charges were blinding and caused overdraft fees on my Business Checking Account. I added screenshots of what occurred and some correspondence between me and the company. The Merchant account XXXX is XXXX and XXXX XXXX is XXXX XXXX XXXX through XXXX which is a part of Clover Connect and Fiserv.
