Consumer Narrative

On XX/XX/23 I applied for an Income Driven Repayment Plan with my student loan provider, Ed Financial. I chose a graduated extended payment plan. They usually application approval period is 2-4 weeks. They told me it could take up to 25 business days to process. I have checked my online account and called them to follow up. It has been over 6 weeks since the application was submitted and I still do not have an answer as to why or not I have been approved.
