There is 2 diffrent school and issues are similar, in 2021 XXXX i started cource with " XXXX XXXX " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX but for some reason i have to dis continue and end of paying full amount what they asked, but in tthe mean while one of the sales represantative reach out to me and i purchased another cource from him and he promised that he is going to refund for previous course which " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' later on they provide me a documents that they refunded full amount but climb bank ( student loan servicer satate that they didn't receive any amount, and they are charging me evry month. so i need a help with this, when i call the bank they are keep saying your school need to reach out to us, and when i talk to school they state i have to deal with the bank, so far i need a help with my refund and wants to know who is right and who is wrong?
