I recently disputed multiple collections on my credit with the collection company and Experian/XX/XX/XXXX for validation of debt. I asked for proof of signed contract between company and I and wasnt provided with one. I sent a request via mail to Experian/XX/XX/XXXX requesting information on how accounts were verified. I have collections account showing as open with a past due balance. XXXX XXXX Investment, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, 15 U.S.C. 1681 ] ( a ) Accuracy and fairness of credit reporting. The Congress makes the fol- lowing findings : ( 1 ) The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit report- ing. I am requesting that these accounts be deleted from my credit immediately.
