In XXXX of 2023 my debit card was charged {$500.00} three times and one charge for {$1000.00} on my Truist debit card. No fraud alerts were sent to me asking if I was the one making withdrawals. XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) who I did business with in the past claimed there was a glitch.they apologized and said a refund would be issued. I sent Truist all of the responses I got from this company. I sent emails to XXXX... well we are almost in XXXX... they credited my account {$2500.00} but the case is still not resolved..their customer service says there are waiting to hear back from the company... really? What if they went out of business? So my thing is, what are they going to tell me? We denied your claim because we have not heard from merchant? I already told Truist what my next step will be if they deny my claim and take back the {$2500.00}.
