I sent a Verification of Debt Request letter to Frontline Asset Strategies on XX/XX/23. This letter was received by them on XX/XX/23. As of the present date ( XX/XX/23 ), I have not received verification of the debt that this company is attempting to collect from me. Per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act this information was supposed to be provided to me within 30 DAYS of receipt of the letter. Due to the failure of Frontline Asset Strategies to provide the information requested, they are violating my rights as a consumer and under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
