I spoke with a representative on XX/XX/XXXX and again on XX/XX/XXXX when I reiterated that I would be making a payment soonest on XXXX. I was asked about making the next payment which was to come due on XX/XX/XXXX and I told the representative that I would be making that payment in exactly 2 weeks from the XX/XX/XXXX in line with my next pay date. The representative informed me that I would need to come in to the office to make that arrengment and I informed her that I understood, but could not give her an exact date/time that I would be able to physically come in to the office. On today, XX/XX/XXXX, I missed a call from the company as I was working and then received a call from a family member later informing me that a representative from the company contacted him and threatened legal action and informing him that my account was 60 days past due l, which is NOT true. I am upset that details of my account were discussed without my authorization with another party especially since I had just spoken to them less than 24 hrs ago. I feel that this was done with spiteful intentions to agitate me.
