XX/XX/XXXX my email and XXXX account was hacked from the breach my login to XXXX was stolen. {$720.00} and {$190.00} was sent without my consent on XX/XX/XXXX. Then XX/XX/XXXX an additional {$510.00} was sent without consent. Due to heavy usage during XXXX and steady large usage on the card left the transactions overlooked. Then a larger fraudulent transaction was flagged and an investigation was conducted by a Certified Fraud Examiner. They identified these charges as fraudulent. Police reports were filed and these charges were reported as fraud. Discover despite a {$0.00} fraud liability reversed the charges then reissued them.
