My upgrade card sent to XXXX {$3800.00} on XX/XX/22 and I never received this card. Upgrade will not dispute the charge since it's past 60 days. I thought the payments were going towards my other loans with Upgrade, I have no notification of this card being used until I saw flags for transactions last night. I did file with Upgrade that i never received this card.
