Homepoint has sold the mortgage. I setup my account for direct debit. As a result, my payment was made timely this time. The time I had a mortgage with two different Homepoint ( s ). They provided late notification of loans transferred and change in escrow. I continue to believe my timely record of payments are correct and Homepoint never accepted responsibility for the shortfall one month due to poor notification of escrow. They have also blocked me from their website.
