I have been requesting my credit reports from both XXXX and Transunion for the past three months. I started calling both companies back on XX/XX/XXXX to obtain my credit reports. I originally requested my credit reports from XXXX and I was only about to access XXXX. XXXX and Transunion both denied me of my credit report and ERROR kept coming up at the time of my submission. I called XXXX and Transunion I sent in my 2 forms and identification and a statement letter of my identity and yet still I am unable to access my credit report. I have spoke with managers from both credit bureaus and I they say 72 hour update but its been month and I constantly call in to check and I havent gotten any results. I recently found out I can make this complaint and ask for help so I am doing so. This has cause financial distress on my life due to my credit being the core factor of my financial needs.
