I requested to be placed on a SAVE plan on or before XX/XX/2023 ... over a month ago now. Got an email follow up on XX/XX/XXXX stating " if we havent finished processing your application in the next 10 days, well keep you informed with a follow-up email. '' Of course there has been no follow up email. This is a *scary* time for borrowers and we should expect that the US DoE and loan services like Nelnet process IDR applications in a timely manner. Please help ensure this is dealt with.
