XXXX, XXXX AND EXPERIAN are providing false information regarding my actual situation, that is causing me a lot of emotional damage, but also their wrong information is blocking me the opportunity to get credit from banks or credit cards, because I want to build my credit but because their false information, they make me look like a risk person. I summited a banckrupcy and it was discharged on XX/XX/2022XXXX XXXX XXXX, that erases all the debts under my name, but they continue showing old and not accurate information ignoring the judge resolution. I asked to remove that information but they insist not to remove it. Also, it was a very hard time for me to get my own reports because they took too long, more than a year to send me my information, but they do inmediatly with the banks or other agency, that is not fair, because is not only the false information, it is also the discrimination to me.
