I used my MoneyLion account to purchase product from XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. There were two separate purchases, one for {$69.00} and one for {$630.00}. The merchandise was returned as it was not the correct product needed and had protection on the items. The items were successfully returned on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX XXXX provided a refund to my account with the return/credit transaction receipt pictures for MoneyLion. XXXX XXXX COMBINED my return for a total of {$700.00} to be credited back to my card ending in XXXX. XXXX XXXX stated this should take 3-5 business days depending on my bank to receive the funds. By XXXX, I still had not received funds to my MoneyLion account for the returns. I was advised by MoneyLion to file a dispute. I filed dispute XXXX. Finally, on XX/XX/XXXX I was provided a provisional credit for both disputes. On XX/XX/XXXX MoneyLion sent a generic message stating : We have thoroughly investigated your claim and determined that no error has occurred. We have come to this conclusion because : The transaction ( s ) were completed by the authorized user. You are solely responsible for the use of your account. This includes all charges and transactions made by an authorized user and any fees resulting from their actions. The provisional credit that was previously applied to your account will be adjusted. An amount of {$69.00} will be reversed on XX/XX/XXXX. my MoneyLion account for the returns. I was advised by MoneyLion to file a dispute. I filed dispute XXXX. Finally, on XX/XX/XXXX I was provided a provisional credit for both disputes. Moneylion is not to touch my account or remove any provisional funds from the account regarding the disputed transactions. I emailed them back letting them know they are to leave my account alone and have 1 person reach out to me about this. Unfortunately, filing disputes with Moneylion is awful. They went ahead anyways after being reported to XXXX accreditation and reversed the {$69.00} amount and this account is now negative. MoneyLion is literally stealing money from me - I will not allow this.
