Accounts are remaining on my report as being verified without proof of verification. An FTC report has been sent to remove accounts within 4 business days. Accounts have not been removed due Transition own internal reasons that was not disclose to me of what the internal reason were. Also the XXXX account has been verified as a fraudulent account and documentation was submitted to Transunion on XXXX XXXX. This information was totally ignored by Transunion. The investigation has been completed and does not need to be dithered looked into. Account should be removed immediately. I will be moving forward with a lawsuit with credit bureaus for stress damages and defamation of character.
