Equifax has caused me harm by defaming my character, and other financial damages. Adverse action was committed against me in the form of my application for a {$300000.00} mortgage with XXXX XXXX that I was denied for even though I can not be denied an extension of my own credit. The application I filed out was deposited with the Treasury and I received no consideration. However, Equifax received consideration when they sold my credit information to XXXX. This constitutes unauthorized use of my social security card which is by definition a credit card. I have attached a copy of my recent consumer report with Equifax and demand this matter to be rectified immediately.
