I filed a dispute multiple times with Experian. I first tried to file dispute on-line but received an error message when unloading supporting documents so I had to mail them in. Their reply to the dispute has no naritive on what they based there decision on. It doesn't show they read notes or supporting documents. They only show information from the credit card company. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and non is ever available. I'm promised one will call back but they bever do. There dispute process is frustrating and broken. The only thing representatives can do is file another dispute which produces the same results. I am disputing the monthly payments on my credit card account and the dispute process never seems to address my issues.
