On XX/XX/2023 I sent TransUnion a cover letter, Identity theft affidavit via USPS certified return reciept. Transunion recieved my mail correspondance on XX/XX/2023. Transunion failed to block the information relating to the Identity theft I had requested. Pursuant to 15 usc 1681c-2 the block of information was to be done within 4 business days.Transunion failed to do so while investigating the identity theft. Transunion sent me a letter dated XX/XX/2023 stating that they was going to rescind the block due to me not providing any information and that they believe I recieved goods and services. I sent all the required information in accordanec to federal law. I also notified transunion that if they believed that I recieved good and services form the furnishers that I request a senior exectuve memeber to send me an affidavit sworn under oath of that fact transunion never provided that correspondance for proof of the fact. Pursuant to 15 usc 1681g as a victim of identity theft I AM ENTITLED TO RECIEVE DOCUEMENTARY EVIDENCE as proof IN WHICH THEY BASED THEIR DECISION ON I HAVE YET TO RECIEVE THAT EVIDENCE. Pursuiant to 15 usc 1681c-2 ( c ) ( 3 ) information itself can not be evidence of me obtaining goods and services. I have never done any business with any of the furnishers of this information, I have no contract with them, they are not creditors of mine, I have never had any relationship with any of the furnishers of the false information being reported. I was never given any documents to prove otherwise. Transunion knowingly and willingly continues to report inaccutae and unverifiable information on my credit report after notice of the facts was given. They have failed to maintain reasonable procedures to assure compliance with the fair credit reporting act since I am a victim of identity theft pursuant to 15 usc 1681e in which they were to prevent from happening as well as allowing persons to furnish information without a permissible purpose I had no business relationship with any of the furnishers, no contract, they are not a creditor of mine, I have no account with, no obligation nor any services was ever rendered to me pursuant to 15 usc 1692e ( 2 ) from these furnishers. Transunion failed to protect my right to privacy in which they had an obligation to protect pursuant to 15 usc 6801. They allowed my nonpublic personal information to be obtained by perpetrators of fraud. I am suffering and will continue to suffer harm to my reputation from the material misrepresentations in my credit report if this error is not corrected immediately.
