This is my second time in this situation. On XXXX XXXX a payment to Capital One posted from my XXXX bank account. Capital Ones website states that payments made before XXXX will be posted same day and payments after XXXX will be next day. My mom made a payment on her account it went straight through and her available credit reflected the payment immediately. My payment is still pending. I contact Capital One which caused many contradictories. On one hand they say I can not get a refund for my payment because it has posted but they claim my available credit can not be released because of a review to verify my funds. I asked them to explain how a payment can post but not be cleared and they can not give any explanation besides they just do that sometimes. Thats unacceptable as Ive done nothing wrong to be placed under review for EVERY payment i make. Capital One also revoked ability to pay via debit card leaving you NO choice but to pay ACH but turn around and hold your money. As stated before the payment posted from my bank account on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX. It is not in pending status. Capital One sent me email at XXXX same day indicating my payment was posted in their system as well.
