I am unsure I why I am having this consistent problem with Experian, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/2023 I filed a complaint with XXXX reference # XXXX. After a thorough investigation, XXXX deleted XXXX XXXX from my credit report due to lack of verifiable proof, agreement with XXXX XXXX with my signature, and other reasons. I can't understand why Experian and XXXX are failing to do a proper and thorough investigation to come to the same conclusion to delete this from my credit report. Experian, XXXX, and XXXX XXXX are violating my consumer rights by federal and state law to include but not to FCRA ( 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ), FCRA ( 15 U.S.C. 1692g ), and Maryland State Law ( Maryland Consumer Debt Collection Act - Md. Code Ann., Com. Law 14-202 ). The company fails to provide verifiable proof of a signature contract/agreement with me, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX I have attached a letter that explains this in further detail to include a letter for CFPB, XXXX XXXX and a statement from XXXX.
