lvnv funding sued me for a unknown debt. Agency vigorously did writ of wage garnishment on me, NEVER GAVE ME ANY NOITIFICATION ABOUT THE DEBT OR HOW TO RESOLVE ETC OR WHERE THE DEBT ORIGINATED... WAS NEVER SERVED ANYHTING! Also i never signed any agreements for the debt to be sold!!
