I sold my home to my daughter and her husband and they put solar panels on their roof. Without my knowledge, approval or consent the loan company they financed through used my credit as a basis to approve the loan. I knew nothing of this company nor was I involved in the process. At no time did I authorized them to pull a credit report, I did not agree to be on the loan and I DID NOT sign their paperwork. I knew nothing about this till the financed amount appeared on my credit report. I do NOT live at the house and have no legal interest or rights in it.
