My ex-wife ended up using my capital one 360 account to make several payments to her credit cards. After she realized she used the wrong account she called me and told me and told her credit card companys however they told her I needed to work it out with capital one 360. I opened several claims ( Claim # XXXX for account ending in XXXX ) and told capital one these were unauthorized charges and needed to be kicked back to her credit card companies. There were other claims open as well however the rep I spoke with couldnt find them. I come to find out today they capital on denied my claims and stated I capital one I gave them authorization which I didnt. They pulled they call and told me I was right however they wouldnt reopen my claims of unauthorized credit card payments
